May 7, 1998 was a memorable date of my life. That was the date, after 10 months of wait, me and Ellen picked up our Ocean blue/Grey / Black '98 Boxster from Anderson Behel in Santa Clara, CA.

It all began in Spring of 1997 when Ellen started feel a little bit tired of her 300ZX convertible. Although it's a lease till Aug'98, we were thinking         about replace the Nissan with something neater. Especially after a couple of new European roadsters had been introduced into the U.S. market,   namely, SLK from Mercede Benz, Z3 from BMW, and Boxster from Porsche.

We made out first trip to a local Porsche dealer around March of April in 1997. That was the time you started to believe the "Love at first sight" do exist. We immediately fell in love with the beautiful, little yet powerful roadster ( no luck to test drive though ).

Later in the summer of the same year, we decided to go for it with the thing in mind that this gonna be a 0ne-year-wait. But heck, we figured that we have to wait for the Nissan lease to be expired anyway, therefore, we walked into Vinny's office ( Anerson Behel ) who showed us the option list and very quickly, we decide the options we want. That's Ocean Blue with grey leather and black top, hard top and P63 sports package.
